a little old, a little classic

the other day i had dinner at my friend katie's charming home. she had set the table beautifully. my favorite piece on the table with an old crackle glazed yellow candlestick with a taper candle half burned and dripping down its side. while vintage shopping early this morning with my mom, i set eyes on this pink iron candlestick and it brought her's to mind.

above its pictured with some jonathan adler pieces. my grandmother enid left behind so many collector's items from iconic artists and designers of her time. i predict years from now jonathan adler's works will be discovered by my grandchildren with great excitement. also, i just got a look at his new additions for spring! i'm excited about stocking select pieces soon!

Lara, You are so right about your grandchildren discovering your Jonathon Adler pieces and many others, too, I am sure. I tell my girls all the time not to dispose of my treasures without knowing what they are! Hope all is well with you!
