well, i hate to say it but enid is officially closed. but Lara Collins lives on! the enid adventure was tons of fun and i learned so much. but most importantly, i met a lot of very nice people through the shop that are still my friends today and forever on. i miss having enid but i still get to create new designs and collect vintage to sell through my etsy shops and the occasional show. i'm still keeping up my blogging at laracollins.com and tim is still creating custom furniture. so, if you need anything of that kind hit us up. we are still very much around and active in the design world. thanks to everyone for your support of the shop and your contiued support in all our creative adventures!

enid is now located at 648 Post Oak Rd. we currently have lots of cool vintage and some wonderful things on the way! saipua soaps are making a return soon and i'll have some new spring tees later on this week.

Rach just informed me that we will be closed by next Tuesday. Its time to get serious! I've moved almost everything that is not vintage on to the back shelf unit and marked all 75% off original price. the picture i posted yesterday of this little side table was horrible. all i can say is that i had left my camera at home and i was just so anxious get it posted. hopefully this images gives you a little better idea of how cute it is (though i do need to work on my selective focusing). its $45. but i'd love to hear any other offers. :)

ok...lets talk about this gorgeous carved wood frame. i think this piece would make a lovely and very inexpensive mirror. the canvas liner easily pops out and you could even paint it any color of your choice. this lamp is in perfect condition and has a three way bulb!

the piece on the right is a bamboo paper cut. the black paper is not attached and could actually be replaced with another color sheet of paper, a landscape photograph, or even a vintage floral fabric. also the piece disassembles and reassembles easily so if you wanted another color of frame you could paint it in a snap!
