Blossom

Blossom reminds me of the zinnias Tim has planted for me every summer since the day we met. My favorite are the tiny flowers with stacks and stacks of layered petals. Blossom with its three layers of wood, sterling silver, and pale pink copper mimics these summer blooms.

Spring Scene

This season I designed a little silver snapshot of Spring and placed it on a dark wooden background. This common but beautiful scene of a butterfly flying amongst the flowers makes an uncommon piece of jewelry. I wear this piece daily with the 24" Tulip Chain.

Wood Bird

If you are looking for a friendly companion with whom to spend the day, may I suggest this little bird. He is stylized and handmade with folksy flair. Hand cast in sterling silver he pops against the dark wood background on which he flies.

Je T'aime

I'd imagine Cyrano and Frederic Henry would have given such a piece to the women they passionately loved. One side features cupid's figurative arrow and the other is the very literal phrase "Je T'aime," "I love you," in French.

Madly in Love

Remember that song from Cake, Love You Madly? I'm pretty sure that song inspired this piece. It was my first jewelry design and remains to this day one of my favorites. The copper lends itself so perfectly to a flaming sprouting heart growing with wild abandon. Why the star? Its like the twinkle in your eye you get when you fall in love.
